Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh efikasi diri kewirausahaan terhadap niat kewirausahaan hijau, (2) pengaruh kesadaran lingkungan terhadap niat kewirausahaan hijau, dan (3) pengaruh efikasi diri kewirausahaan dan kesadaran lingkungan terhadap niat kewirausahaan hijau. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi terdiri dari 395 siswa kelas sebelas dari sebuah sekolah menengah atas di Jawa Tengah, dan sampel sebanyak 199 siswa diperoleh melalui pengambilan sampel acak sederhana. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Teknik analisis data diolah menggunakan SPSS 25 dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, pengujian hipotesis berupa uji-t, uji-F, dan koefisien determinasi Telah dilaporkan bahwa (1) self-efficacy kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan hijau dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00, (2) kesadaran lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan hijau dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00, dan (3) self-efficacy kewirausahaan dan kesadaran lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan hijau dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00.
